I got this app yesterday and I cant put it down. I tried some technique with my cousin whos been grappling all his life and I caught him in a few. WOW this is huge for me. I am a blue belt and clueless about butterfly. This video really helped. It gives very clear instruction with a focus in a few practical techniques you can use from many positions. Theres also plenty of stuff for advanced guys. Kesting is one of the clearest instructors around. Check him out on YouTube. In the past I found Brandon a bit too likely to wander off topic. In this video he is clear and succinct.
